Scope

These terms cover your use of this website, which is operated by Pulse Physio. Booking, assessment and treatment are governed by the clinic’s own policies and by the consent you give when you book and attend, not by these terms.

Appointments are booked through Jane, a separate booking service. When you follow a booking link you leave this site, and Jane’s own terms and privacy policy apply.

Each clinic is its own company, independently owned and operated, and is responsible for the services it provides. Our Privacy Policy names each one.

Acceptable use

Please use the forms only for genuine enquiries. Do not submit them automatically, send anything unlawful or abusive, or try to disrupt, probe or gain unauthorised access to the site.

Liability

We work to keep this site accurate and available, but it is provided as it is, and details such as hours, services and availability can change. Please confirm anything important with the clinic directly.

To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for loss arising from relying on general information on this site, or from websites we link to, such as booking, maps or social media, which are run by others under their own terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
