How it works.
Assess. Rehab. Progress and return.
Assess
A complete assessment first: movement, mobility, strength, balance and function, measured before anything changes, so progress is a number rather than an impression.
Treat with precision
Use your assessment findings to guide focused, individualized treatment designed to address what is limiting you and move you forward efficiently.
Progress and return
As you improve, the plan progresses with you. You leave when you meet the standard for your sport, your work or your everyday life, not when the sessions run out.
Three things people ask.
Do I need a referral to book?
No. Book online or connect directly with our team to find the service and appointment that best fits your needs. If your plan or insurer asks for a referral, bring it to your first visit and we will note it on your file.
What happens at my first visit?
Your clinician takes the time to understand what brought you in and what you want to get back to doing, then completes a full assessment of your movement, mobility, strength, balance and function. You leave knowing what we are working toward, what you can do between appointments, and what the next stage looks like.
Which clinic should I choose?
Whichever is closest to you. All six clinics offer the same services and the same first-visit assessment. Each clinic page has its address, hours, and parking as they are confirmed.
